All of our merchandise is backed by a 100% guarantee . If you're not satisfied, for any reason, please return the item to us for an exchange or refund.
All items for return must not have been
laundered or worn and must be in resalable
condition.
Free Exchanges, Easy Returns
If you wish to exchange or return your item,
simply mail it back to us within 30 days and we will credit
your credit card for the full amount of your
returned item. If you wish to exchange
your item for a different size, color or for a
different item, you can then reorder from the
web. You will need to reenter your credit
card information but you will receive the full

Shipping &
Processing
Internet orders will be
processed within one business day of receipt and
acknowledged by e-mail. If you have
questions, please e-mail
us at CustomerService at LotusOrganics dot com.
We have one low fixed
shipping rate of $4.25 for all shipments within
the U.S. There is a nominal flat fee of US
$17.50 for international shipping. To have
your order shipped internationally, select non-U.S.
Shipping from the left navigation bar (near the
bottom) and add Non-U.S. Shipping to your
shopping cart.
We ship most of
our U.S. orders via USPS Priority
Mail, unless otherwise requested.
All PO Box and APO/FPO deliveries are shipped
via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow three
to five business days for domestic delivery and
10-14 business days for shipping of
international orders. International
customers are responsible for all duties and
tariffs on international orders.
Payments
For your convenience, we accept Visa and
MasterCard.
Prompt Delivery
You'll receive your order quickly. Online orders placed between Monday and Friday will be processed within one business day of receipt. Online orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday, or the next non-holiday business day. All online orders are acknowledged by e-mail. If an item is out of stock or backordered, you will promptly be notified by e-mail. The one-time shipping rate includes backorders and exchanges.
